Green connectors, missing orders
Celigo, Shopify, and Stripe can report success while the sales order never lands. The iPaaS dashboard stays calm. The warehouse does not.

NetSuite sync watchdog
SuiteCanary watches Shopify, Celigo, and Stripe syncs into NetSuite and tells you when orders, customers, or scripts drift — before month-end does.

Illustrative. Demo mode replays a scenario like this without calling NetSuite.
Celigo, Shopify, and Stripe can report success while the sales order never lands. The iPaaS dashboard stays calm. The warehouse does not.
A scheduled script hits a usage limit at 02:14 and nobody is on the distribution list. The deployment still looks released the next morning.
Integration errors sit until a customer asks where the invoice is. Finance hears about the drift second.
01
Token-based authentication. Consumer secrets and token secrets are encrypted at rest. Checks issue SuiteQL reads only — no record writes.
02
Sales order counts against an optional Shopify figure, scheduled script failures, deployments left in Testing, and integration records that are not enabled.
03
An hourly scheduler runs the checks. Email goes to the account owner when a run fails. Growth adds Slack.
US dollars, billed monthly. Both plans include the 14-day trial. Payments are processed by Blueshire for SuiteCanary.
$149/ month
One NetSuite account, hourly checks, and email when something fails.
$299/ month
Slack, a Shopify order-count comparison, and a longer history.
No. Save a token-based role that can run SuiteQL and view transactions, scripts, script deployments, and integrations. The client posts queries and never creates, updates, or deletes records.
Demo mode runs a sample overnight failure — order drift, a usage-limit script, and an integration queue — so you can see alerts and history without credentials.
Anything that should agree with NetSuite. The sales-order check counts NetSuite orders for the last day and, on Growth, compares that with a Shopify figure you enter. The Shopify Admin API is stubbed in this version. Script and deployment checks read NetSuite directly.
That check is marked as an error with NetSuite’s message. It does not pretend the queue is empty, and the other checks still complete.
Signup starts a 14-day trial with no card. Starter is $149 per month and Growth is $299 per month, in US dollars, via Stripe Checkout. Change card, plan, or cancellation in the billing portal. The subscription is confirmed by webhook, not by the success page.
